These are great pictures Troy. Have you heard any word on what shops/restaurants might occupy the ground-floor spaces of Cristalla and Avenue One condo towers? Hopefully there will be some major chains. Belltown has a few Starbucks and a couple Subways, but besides that there's almost no chain stores/restaurants.
