Police stop man on horse downtown

I find it unfortunate that this man could not ride his horse through downtown. According to the article, he is riding across the country and this is the first time he's had a problem. I find that slightly embarassing.

On the other hand, there are trails he could have used if he planned better.

Hmm I wonder why he never had a problem riding a horse through rush hour traffic from from way out in Montana the whole way until he got to Pittsburgh? Guess it proves we're not a midwestern city!

OTOH if he's riding a horse across the country, why does he have a trailer? It's not like he rode into the sunset and just happened to hit Pittsburgh at rush hour.

I wondered that too. I guess he isn't literally riding all the way across. Maybe he drives to various cities and rides through. I don't know.
