North Monroe development

Driving down North Monroe today near 6th, noticed a sign for "The Bridge" (I think it was on a building with "American Mailers" or something similar painted on the side), saying "new development to be announced soon." Anyone know what this is all about?

Was it on a white, abandoned looking building? If so, I think it's for Blue Bridge Ventures and has been posted at least for a few months. I'm not exactly sure what the project is though.

Check these out...the city didn't go along with the parking deal, who knows what the status is now.

Okay, I remember these threds now...has been quite a while since anything has been talked about / rumored regarding this development.

Blue Bridge is in the process of renovating the Imperial Metals building for Founders and for their new offices, as well as taking on the old Lear plant. I'd hoped to have heard something new on this, but I don't know if it will be any time soon??

I hate to show lack of knowledge about downtown buildings, but where is the Imperial Metals building? I remember hearing about Founders moving to a new home due to not being able to keep up with demand, as well as the desire to have a small kitchen along with the bar...Also, any taker(s) on the Lear plant, or are they still working to divy it up into smaller spaces?
