I thought this project died a few years ago? I think it would be a great contribution to the waterfront. What's happening to it?

I;m wondering too - what's the current status of this project?

I've got to say though, any organization that thinks it can represent music as a whole, or the Canadian panorama of music even, is likely dreaming.
