I could be wrong, but I think I remember reading somewhere that the developers of the site were going to put the project on the back burner for a bit. It didn't seem like the project was lost, just that they wanted to let things settle down.

The developers of this project probably jumped in when they heard that the Vue was having difficulties, but when the city started marketing the land again the developers of the st. mary's tower might have felt a little too much pressure on the market and backed away.

I believe this tower will be a go parly because of its focus on being less expensive than the Horizon and One Beale. However, I do think that the developers of this project are holding out because they want to see the end result of One Beale and how well it does. They could also be holding out because they want to be the new tallest in Mempho.
