I can't wait until they start laying the brick on this one. It'll give it that "West end" feel for sure! Hopefully they will use some old, or at least Old looking bricks.

Can anyone shed light on "Brick Street 2"? Apparently a similar development in the same general area? That may not be the exact name, just the code name for the project.

Someone (perhaps in this thread or the West End one) mentioned something about a Brick Street-style building going up between the Shoeless Joe Museum and Augusta. There is a RR spur on that site, but it kind could probably be removed, its pretty short.

That would be a pretty good guess. the GTA site is big enough(and expensive enough) that something bigger than Brick Street would have to go there.

Wonder what the view is like from the rooftop terrace? I would think they could see the the diamond at West End Field.
