University of Texas ranks #27 in the world

How did they come up with this list. I see they put U of Viginia at 80. They have always been considered the #1 public institution in the country. Nothing against UT but UVA is a better school academically. Though both are very good in there own rights. Still nice to see UT ranked so high.

I'm also surprised by the high ranking and find it a little hard to believe as well. I hope it stays that high since I'm taking a good look at UT's law school.
