You guys are all slacking off...or did I just get up to early this morning? More good news in the PG and the New York Times about the region.

I don't have a NYT link, but there was an article this week talking about the south side slopes, and how its becoming a "trendy" place to live. I think this was also in Pittsblog, but my roomate gets the paper, so that's where I saw it. At any rate, sounds like a good trend to me. Maybe it will push up our median housing price a bit!

And there was a blurb yesterday, but a full article today in the Post-Gazette about Pittsburgh being ranked in the top 10 places to locate a buisness...

Its a good read, but it def. looks like we still have a lot of work to do.

Does anyone know what sort of weight this top 10 ranking holds?

Also if we are ranked 9 what is to stop companies from just moving to the top 5?

Sounds like some good publicity. You are right, I am slacking off! Because I saw that article in the P-G yesterday and didn't think to mention it here.
