Shreveport: shrinking city!

Recent ACS estimate puts the city at 192,000, down from 200,000 in 2000. Bossier City, on the other hand, is now over 60,000.

Now is the time, my friends, for residential investments in downtown Shreveport. High-rise developments can house hundreds of people in expensive condominiums. NOW is the time, before it's too late.

Let this be a lesson to Shreveport: when you give in to special interest groups, they bring you down. This is proof of that.
