Located on East Jefferson Avenue, the Lofts at Rivertown offers 44 unique floorplans ranging from 685 sq. ft. to 3,400 sq. ft. Lofts for phase 1 start at $100,000, although the prices go on up from there. It is currently the largest loft conversion project in the city of Detroit, with 175 lofts.
