Way more units than the initial guesses! This is good!

Sorry, the tennis courts are out - Orlando Tennis Center is relocating to the Packing District in Fairvilla.

I've got a pretty decent feeling about CV.  If they do in fact break ground in October on that other housing project we discussed earlier, I'll feel even better about it.  I guess the next question I have is whether or not there has been any interest from private companies in going there yet.  Private development, we do have, but for housing, etc.  Offices....offices...

The Davis Armory is a protected landmark. The concern is demolition by neglect. It's going to be important to find a use for it quickly before it becomes a Jaymont/Tinker disaster.

Same thing with Bob Carr although it would seem UCF or Valencia could readily find a use for it.

14 stories? I was hopping like 30. Why is it so short? Isnt this is as much as half of the tri towers X ORlando project?

Per OBJ

"The apartments are also located near a "front porch" feature that overlooks Central Park in Creative Village, Ustler said. "It's unlike anything in Orlando," he said during the meeting. "We consider this to be a very iconic element for Creative Village." "
