Well I must not be a local OR a tourist...I had no idea DPAC was used for the play house, much less that it stood for Downtown Performing Arts Center!

that's really awesome on so many levels.  Subway, Qdoba, D2... add to this Barnes when it opens as well.  Students, professors, housing, classrooms, offices, and food!  It's already got the hotel...Next, with EA, there will be more workers there too.

Not being pessimistic, that's just weird, bad design from an asthetic street-level architectual standpoint. 

 

I can only imagine some sort of power mandated that those power meters  met the curb within so - much walking distance from the establishments.
