I think that the best bet at getting office space in a large tower will be mixed use with residential and a possible hotel. This formula has been successful in other cities that have a smaller demand for both office space and apartments than RVA. Why couldn’t it work here? We just need some developers that have that fire to elevate the skyline with a 35+ story tower downtown.

Is this the good news you were saying that was on the way?  This is super news!!!  Lumber Liquidators moving back to Richmond...we’ll, Henrico.  I’m thinking Libby Mill?  I just read where there was a high demand for office space there.  It could be because  of this move.
