Developer that wants to build a strip mall next door to the Algoma TWP Meijer store is crying fowl because Meijer whom owns the Sewer Main servicing their stores 117 acre property is refusing to share hookups unless the developer signs and agreement not to allow any retailers to sell anything Meijer sells.
