Charles Towne Landing gets a facelift

Charles Towne Landing closed to the public late last year to make way for bulldozers. About $8 million has been spent on the ongoing project, which aims to remake the state park. Charles Towne Landing is awesome; I have many fond memories of the place in my younger days. I hope to be able to see the revitalized Charles Towne Landing soon.

Im glad they have restored this site. Its probably one of the most important palces in SC.

Wow, I've got to go back there and check it out with my wife. I especially like the new emblem of the park with the cannon above it. It makes the park appear more exciting. The cannon fire was cool as well.
