New YMCA downtown

Wondering if anyone is a member or has worked out at the new YMCA. Think it's in the Hartford 21 building...what were your impressions? Good place to work out? Parking might be an issue, I think they have an agreement w/ a garage $1 per hour for members working out. I think this may be the only gym option downtown, is this correct?

I checked it out 2 weeks ago, workout area is kind of small. there is also 'The Taking Care Center' in state house square. much nicer than YMCA with indoor track, pool, and much larger workout area - but i'm not sure how the membership works there. I worked out there for 2 years when TL&A had a subsidized membership deal with them. that went away and it went to $52/mo.
