With Mast General Store looking for a viable location in downtown, how well would it do? The Greenville location has done very well. I doubt Spartanburg has a store of this kind yet.

This is exciting news for Spartanburg, though those of us who read UP already knew about the potential for a Mast General store.

I think that this quote says it all:

"The chain has a history of investing in thriving downtowns and has aggressively expanded its operations in recent years."

It may be 3 years out, but I think they will be able to find a spot. There are a few larger historic buildings in which they can locate
