Not too surprised. Cherry Hill Village in Canton has done very well, so I think that this project too will be successful. I also think that the City, however slowly, has stated to realize that GM and Ford can not sustain the city anymore, and that they need to get on the ball when it comes to neighborhood and community development.

I do think that they are going to pay way too much for the plan for Tigers Stadium.
