The Trump Ocean Club is a joint venture between The Trump Organization and the K Group planned for the Punta Pacifica Peninsula in Panama City, Panama. The building, which is scheduled to begin construction in late 2006, will be 65-stories and stand 855' tall. Trump Ocean Club is scheduled to open in 2009.

Some of the features of this project include:

- 24 hour marina

WOW ! Nice, very nice. The western hemisphere's version to Dubai's sail-styled Hotel. Panama City has a much nicer skyline than I ever realized.
