The 10pm curfew is too late. It should definitely be 8 if not 7 pm.

The gangs of roaming teens, the baggy pants showing their underwear, the use of M.F. as every other word........sad. Either Greenville deals with this head on and direct, or watch a West End that has taken years to redevelop go down in flames. Most restaurant and shop owners are not very pleased with Greenville's lack of tackling this problem. 10 PM curfew.....what a joke. Make it 5:00 PM so productive, normal citizens can enjoy West End in the evening.

I'm glad they caught them too. I'm glad they are all 18, so they won't be subject to Juvenile jurisdiction.

I'm glad they're following through with this, and showing (more so than a curfew) that such behavior isn't tolerated.
