SLC: The method they are using to get these built would be great if they used it at the Univ. of Kentucky since some buildings are in desperate need of replacement.

MU begins building project

HUNTINGTON -- Marshall University will be expanding once again in 2007, as the school's board of governors chose a developer for a new $95 million project that includes a health and wellness center, student housing and parking.
