I use my cell phone as a house phone replacement as well. Much cheaper and more practical than having either just a house phone or both. I have it on vibrate always though, I can't stand cell phone rings. And even worse now are the songs that play when you CALL someone elses phone. I just hang up and don't talk to those people now...

Oh I SOO hate those phones!! A friend of mine just went cellular an when you call his phone it goes "Please listen to the music while your party is being located" and it goes into canned classical music!! AACK! Please just go back to the standard phone ring, PLEASE!!!

the worst part about thatis you have to pay for that... my brother did that once. he stopped, it wasn't worth the $1/month. it really is annoying.
