Does anyone know anything about a new 7/8 floor office condo tower planned for Gunbarrel Rd? There is a sign posted on the property (across from Golden Corral) that says its now leasing.

It's been a while since I've been down Gunbarrel, I can't visaulize where the Golden Corral is.

I need to drive thorugh there whenever I'm back. The last time I was thorugh there the Kohl's and Target had just opened.
