Not to be the one who always disagrees, but don't we already have quite a few art galleries downtown?

I thought that this development was going to follow the original "Master Plan" that was set so many years ago already? It would seem that with at least a dozen galleries here in Downtown, and add to that its not going to be that far from Lafontsee that this isn't really following anything.

It's a pretty small space, so I don't know if they need more than $20,000 to upgrade it.

Don't kid yourself. You can sneeze and $20k is gone in a space like that.
