A series of storefronts topped by 30 two-story apartments are planned for the sides of the Village Theater. Another 250 apartments are planned behind the theater.

This sounds nice but I don't think those homes are nice so close together. Your neighbor is amlost like right in your house you could reach out and touch the house next to you.

It's called density. You don't like it? Go move somewhere else. Go move to ATL...the king of sprawl.
