has fantastic renderings, but I'm unsure of where this will be and how close it is to becoming a reality?

Wait, this is to the east of the Big Four Railroad bridge along the river. That would make excellent use of the undeveloped land there, all the while being very close to downtown!

Yeah its not far at all from downtown and this project is basically moving ahead nicely. They already have a boat load of people who have bought condo's for this development. They had some type of information session/orientation people who were looking to buy a condo or town house there. Basically its going to be a huge development with lots mid to low rise condo buildings. This is probably my favorite development in the city because it adds to what is already happening downtown. This project is going to be HUGE!!!

Seicer check out www.riverparkplace.net that should give you some more detailed info on the development. I believe its one of the same developers who is involved with the Museum plaza. He is also redeveloping jewish inn hotel downtown, rumors are that its going to be a Westin or something along those lines. Anyways its a pretty interesting site if you are looking for more info.
