This Winter was Carolina's 26th coldest

I almost had to laugh The 26th coldest seems alittle bit random. I felt like last year's winter was colder though.

26th does sound quite random. Then again, today is just one of those random days. I could only wish the the average temp from December-February was almost 40 degrees though. I think it's safe to say that we did not get above 40 degrees at all from December-February. LOL. If we did, it was probably only for a day, maybe two.
