According to Larry G, H21 had to be rentals because of the strings on the state money. He believes it will be easier to move condos than high end rentals. At least, that's what his public statements have said.

That it GORGEOUS! If and when that gets built Hartford will definitely start becoming a threat for best skyline in New England. If Hartford had 3-4 like that....DAMN....

This job even if it starts tomorrow would be 3+ years from complettion. This job has been around for almost 2 years now... with the softer housing market they may wait until it hits rock bottom. I hope a project of this magnitude gets out of the ground, I just think it's ulikely to happen any time soon.

by the looks of it....it seems it would be in the 580' range....cause it doesn't seem like it'd be that much taller than City Place....it only seems like it is due to the angle....

The thing that concerns me was a lack of an announcement about the design, usually Northland is all about the big splash. That really concerns me.
