Here's a couple pics, taken Sunday, of the Capital Commons building now under construction on South Main Street in Concord, NH.

The project will include 5 stories of office space, 1 floor of restuarant/retail space, a 3-screen independant movie theater housed in 2 subterrainean floors, a 510 space parking garage, and two public plazas. City boosters see the project as key to reinvigorating the south end of Main St., as well as promoting an "after 5" atmosphere in a town where 9-5 lawyers and lobbyists are king.
