Nike and Cole Haan hit the plumbing permit list overnight, so all of the loosely confirmed tenants seem to conform to the above list.  I'm sure Nike at The Outlets will spell doom for the Promenade at Chenal location which will be a big hole for them to fill.

Today's Democrat also had a story with the building permit status of many proposed tenants: http://www.arkansasonline.com/news/2015/jul/22/dozens-of-tenants-at-lr-outlet-mall-fil/?f=business

One store I'm disappointed to not see represented is Columbia considering the outdoors nature of the market area.  One of our favorite stops at the Outlet centers in Branson and the DFW area.

I think the Bass Pro Shop may have  it in their contract to keep outdoors companies out of the outlet mall.

Also, Lucky Denim was a name announced for the Promenade back when it was still under construction.

Has anyone ever eaten at Johnny Rockets? Well, it'll be at the Outlet Mall.

I've ate at the the one in St. Louis Mills Shopping Center before and it was pretty good. It's similar to  Purple Cow. I was looking at the updated list of stores and notice Johnny Rockets was one of the full service dining restaurant. This would be the first Johnny Rockets in the State. Hope they bring some more full service restaurant that is new to the market (ex: Cheesecake Factory) because the stores listed so far are a huge disappointment.

Ooh! There used to be one in Memphis that I really liked. Seems like it was at Hickory Ridge Mall before that mall hit the skids a few years ago.  Should be a good family-friendly draw.

I wonder if Dave and Buster's still interested in coming near the Outlets? There are no confirmed reports of the restaurant chain coming.

They've been negotiating with land owners to make an acquisition for about a year.  They have not come to terms yet.  Having gone on this long without a deal I'm not sure a deal is ever going to get done.
