This sounds like a great project. We need more projects like this one. Does anyone have a rendering?

According to an ad in the City Paper, these are over 50% sold. Looks as if a groundbreaking may be looming here too.

Made a mistake on this one. It is the District Lofts that are 50 %. All these names are starting to run together. The District Lofts are going on the corner of 3rd and Harrison.

Now I haven't even heard of the District Lofts. Apparently they're going in right across the street from Harrison Square, right? At some point, that neighborhood will hit a critical mass, and it will become the next hot area. I still remember going to the Stockyard Restaurant for a great steak back in the day. That's a great looking building too!
