This isn't anything big, just saw it today in the MDN (article).

Even though overall condo sales were down in August '06 compared to a year ago, DT condos are still chuggin along. In the 38103 zip code (DT), sales rose 13% and the average sales price jumped by 7.5%--from around $200,000 in Aug. '05 to about $215,000 this August.

wow 15 percent rise in prices in 1 year. i bet some people who bought condos there 5-10 years ago love the money theyre getting when they sell the condo.

I wonder how all these projects are doing. How far along is the Horizon? There are so many condos under development, but there seems to be a whole lot of them for sale.
