According to Money Magazine: "Five towns with top-notch health care, loads of culture, lots of green space and low taxes were selected as the Best Places to Retire this year." Holland, MI is in the top 5 for 2006.

I see posts like this all over urbanplanet as these rags rate every city the top of something at one time or another. The do it to sell magazines at the grocery store checkout.

The website has statistics on a bunch of other cities in the country as well. Too bad I'm not able to go into early retirement today.

Holland's average 3 bedroom home price is nearly half that of the other four. That's a steal that people should be taking advantage of!
