Terrific, Tommy. I like the shots of 9th street as seen from Manchester Bridge on the north side of the river. The old First & Merchants bank (now BBT) looks taller than it is.

The pics of the market area with palm-bedecked-Cuban-looking Havana 59 in the background and the old railroad YMCA (now apartments and Old City Bar) offer great contrasts.

Vistas looks larger than I expected.

A great set of photos. Congratulations.

Looks like it's fake brick, since it's going up in panels (it's likely stained concrete). That being said, you can't really tell from a distance, and it's starting to look nice.

I wish there were more height to the glazing at the canal level: taller storefront windows make for a more inviting and compelling pedestrian experience.

Hey Joey thanks for the info! It seems like it is a prefab deal of some sort. I'm not sure if that's just for the parking structure portion or if it will be for the entire tower.

I don't know if you saw it previously, but the retail portion will consist of 2 1500 sf retail condos in the two central sections fronting the canal Walk. The other 2 will be a storage area and fitness center for residents.
