That group is in Manchester. Current phase of City View, which is Thalhimer’s redevelopment of the old Reynolds site.

I’m hoping NH gets the green light. If so, just imagine...virtually all of downtown will be a construction zone...even in the financial district with Dominion’s new tower going up next year too!  WOWSA!!

As it's March, I'm wondering if we might soon see some fresh uploads of new/recent pictures of such projects as the Childen's Hospital expansion, the VCU Outpatient center, the General Assembly Building, or projects in Manchester and Scott's Addition? I'm jonesing for our monthly update!

These are great! Didn't realize the second tower near the 14th Street Bridge was so far along! Looking really good!

Pretty sure that's The Current, it's on the block adjacent to the PortRVA apartment building.

Just a couple of pics today...

First pic is Liv Development's Jamestown Apts and now that wood framing is up this should start taking shape fast.

Then you see further demo work going on with the Dominion building.

Lastly is South Falls and The Current from Potterfield Bridge. It may not show in this pic, but The Current really stands out and is visible from a lot of vantage points.

The Current was actually the first thing I noticed.  Rather surprised by that.
