That's an amazing price. I can see why 70% is already sold. I wonder what the maintenance fees are though.

And for that money you are just steps away from Baltimore's infamous Red Light district "The Block".

What is interesting about that building is that when the initial parking garage was constructed it was layed out wrong. The building actually encroachs about 2 feet into the adjacent property to the north. That has got to be pretty expensive 2 feet of real estate.
