Norwich's Rise Continues

The Courant takes a pretty detailed look at what's going on development-wise in Norwich. There are some really exciting and potentially region altering proposals in there, or course the largest of which is the Utopia development for two large condo towers overlooking a seriously beefed up Norwich Marina. I think Norwich will rise with or without Utopia at this point but Utopia could bring all of this to the next level.

I read this to...great article..It is great that there are proposed 37 story towers for the city but lets also not forget about all the other smaller projects that are renovating many of the citys downtown buildings into condos, apartments, office space and retail space because every project..big and small counts.

Norwich is a great little city and hopefully we can make it a place like Burlington, VT or Portland, Maine ...a place that is filled with shops and restaurants all in a walkable community

The Casinos have really helped out Norwich a lot. Utopia will take Norwich to the next level now.
