A Cruise Down Ocean Blvd

Here are some pics during a recent ride down Ocean Blvd. (also posted on the photos board). Notice all the cranes.

Unfortunately, this coaster, as well as the Pavilion Amusement Park, will soon be torn down.

One thing i noticed was the the re-stripping of Ocean Blvd. It started out as four lanes, then marked the right lane as a shoulder(?for the buses im assuming?) then restripped the shoulder back to a travel lane. Guess the shoulder/bus lane must of caused too much gridlock during the summer?

Nice pictures and i really do believe that myrtle beach will break the states tallest building record in the near future.
