Any hope for Trinity at I-65?

What do you all think? Coming from Clarksville frequently, it is such an eyesore to me. It's bad enough that there is really no development on that side of town as it is. It is awful for all of those travelers coming from Clarksville, Hendersonville and Gallatin to see that as a welcome to Downtown.

Is there any hope for that area?

I drive this way all the time. Never gave it much thought. Doesn't really bother me. In my opinion fixing the areas around the interchanges at Trinity would be like putting a diamond solitaire in the hole of a moldy donut. I do seriously hope, someday, that some investment will happen here, but if it doesn't, just stop looking.

There's a quaint cemetery inside the 65-n offramp.

I have driven into the city many times on I-24, but I've never really noticed that area standing out more than any other area along the route. Maybe I am not paying enough attention?

It only stands out to me b/c there is little or no development in between there and Clarksville. So, it is technically the first view of Nashville to many coming from that area.
