Something strange I saw in Vancouver

I was at Stanley Park in Vancouver, BC a couple of weeks ago and while walking along the seawall, I saw these stacked rocks on the shore. There were 100's of these stacked in impossible variations. I think the story dates back to when Indians would stack rocks for good luck when traveling over water.
