I discovered this site a while ago and think it is just the coolest thing to see the potential transformation of the represented common sprawl sites into such appealing built environments.

The sequential layers of development are especially illustrative of what different elements add to the overall feeling of "urban comfort". Some of the represented buildings could be termed generic and perhaps the rendered built context may be too much for some neighborhoods but the overall look is pretty convincing to me.

I'm not affiliated with these folks at all but certainly hope their skills convince city/town planners and developers of the potential in more areas.

If only it were this quick and easy...

There's alot of places in my home town that solutions illustrated in this website could work very well in. Very cool.
