How many stories is the Hinman building in Southfield?

Not sure if there's a thread about the retail property on the ground floor of the New England Financial Building at Louis and Ionia, but some major work is being done there today. The old door was removed and there are boards in it's place. There are also quite a few workers inside.

I agree Joe. They're apparently doing due diligence for some reason. It might be "long shot", but it's not "more than a long shot".

Not sure if this was mentioned before....I was on Hinmans website and noticed that they are advertising 10 Ionia as a new 150,000-300,000 sf high rise office tower. It says that an image will be coming soon. Forgive me if this is old news.
