well there was a report on WAFF about how this plan may displace some elderly, handicapped and some homebound residents. The developers(Triad) should make it their responsibility to re locate these residents or give them the opportunity to remain at the current lease. There is no reason not to except greed.

Maybe their lazy architects could pull something out of the boring file to offer the residents.

Sounds like big changes in the local apartment world, with this as well as the possible buyers of all the ones along

Patton Rd by Redstone Arsenal. Anyone heard about plans with the complex across from UAH/ if a new school is built to replace

University Place?

"An apartment market survey for the cities of Huntsville and Madison shows a tremendous amount of growth in the next few years, with 4,242 new apartments in the "pipeline," that is, projects under construction, projects in the planning stages or in the due diligence process with land either owned or secured by the developers, or apartments being planned for future construction."
