Downtown update?

What's under construction at Williams and International downtown? Since it's adjacent to the Mart I presume it's some sort of expansion but what are the details? Also, does John Portman still own the Mart these days? (I assume so).

It is the 1.5 million sq ft expansion of AmericasMart sceduled to come on line in 2008. And ,yes. Portman still owns the Mart(s).

Thanks, Micropundit. Do you know any details regarding the building itself, such as its appearance and whether attention has been given to its presence at street level? I realize the Mart buildings are showroom/warehouse type structures with major requirements for trucking access, but one of the big criticisms of them over the years has been their stark and often monolithic presentation to pedestrians.
