I think it would be a good idea to spur efforts to bring in more affordable condos to DT as there surely must be allot of people that would like to live DT but can't afford the prices of the current condos available.

Speaking of downtown condos, does anyone know an architect who specializesin small spaces? I am thinking of buying a downtown condo which is under 900 sq. ft., and want some estimates on renovations costs to make it livable for 2 people and a small dog.
