Here's an update on the tower. It's not a great picture since I was in motion on my bike escaping a terrible snow storm moving in. Wolverine, in your picture its kind of tough to really see how the progress is coming. Does it look good in person? Or has its being reclad do you think its going to be a beast?

That probably won't look too bad when finished....though it's still lipstick on a pig.

Agreed. It looks better than the old glass, but all that concrete on the side still looks bad.

That too, antennas can be made to look good. But there looks like there is a ton of stuff up there.

I'm guessing the stairwell towers, but many people complain about it. I actually like the blank sides. They frame the facades better.

The otherside has a narrow strip of windows. They used grey spandrels on that side.

LMich is correct. There are stairwell, elevator, and services on this side.

I think it would look a lot better up there if they could put that red and white antena on the left corner and somehow put it inside or on top of the center one so its more symetrical and possibly taller. There could also be some kind of wall to cover some of the other trash

A sort of meshlike wall around the top would be nice to hide all that junk. They could even do cool lighting effects if they wanted with it.

The other side isn't going to be green. It will keep the original cladding. Yeah... very ugly, and strange... I know.
