SLC: The article describes how a grocery store chain has signed a letter of intent to locate in the Shelburne Plaza mixed-use development along S. Broadway, and mentions how a small market downtown could be located at Main+Rose. I know that if both located in downtown, it would be within walking distance of my apartment and it would make life much easier!
