thats why we need new roads in RI! or jusst better drainage

i don't th ink it was the fault of the roads or drainage... i think it was the fact that we got a ton of rain in a very short amount of time... and it just happened to hit as the tide was coming in, creating something like a 3 foot surge up the river. all that mixed with the rivers trying to flow out into the bay was recipe for disaster.

I was more or less being sarcastic, because I always beotch about the roads in RI, but like matt said when I went out this morning everything was cleared, and actually it is all dry too.

When I went outside, every trashcan everywhere was blown feet away from where they originally were and the garbage was everywhere... its going to be a beotch to cleanup.

My sidewalk is littered with chunks of my roof along with branches from the tree that decided it would fall on my house.
