None of the BofA towers offers public access. I've heard they opened the executive dining room in the Corporate Center to the public in 1994, during the Final Four. Since then, the view is by invitation only.

There is a restaurant called Bentley's on 27 on that floor of the building that says Grant Thornton, and I think is actually called the Charlotte Plaza. So far as I know, it's the nearest thing we have to an observation deck.

I know of a building in uptown with a sometimes-used floor (umpteenth, not real high), restrooms, and no security. I've sometimes snuck up there for a little lunchtime shut-eye in an empty room. :lol: But I feel like UrbanPlanet is a bit too public, to post where...
