I'm thinking about buying a condo at The Lofts at The Strand. Haven't looked at them with my realtor yet but have seen the pictures in riliving.com

Does anyone have any info on them? Are they worth it? Positive/Negative feedback? I figure if you can pick it up for $179K now, it will be worth double that in a couple years.
